Sony VPL-VW600ES

Sony’s new VPL-VW600ES home theater projector is a follow up to the company’s first consumer 4K projector, but will cost you about $10,000 less. It features 4096 x 2160 resolution (Full DCI, which is more resolution than Ultra HD). The VPL-VW600ES projector boasts 1,700 ANSI lumens of brightness and a 200,000:1 contrast ratio. The TRILUMINOS display optical engine design, auto-calibration, and manual color correction make it easy for your installer to get it set up and optimized for your screen. It offers full HDMI 2.0 support, which is unique among projectors at the moment.  Also built in is a 2.06x powered zoom lens, a wide lens shift and an RF transmitter for 3D glasses.  $14,999.99.

Sony will also bundle the projector with its Ultra HD Media Player and a Sony Xperia Z Tablet for $15,999.99.
