1Click DVD Copy

This one is for Windows geeks only. Designed to work with Windows 7, Windows Vista, or Windows XP (SP2 or greater), this software can make a back-up copy of a DVD or put it on a hard drive, as long as you have 9GB of space to spare. It does have its limitations (see below), but also plenty of customization choices. That said, if you want more control over what actually gets copied, the compression, and the option for multichannel audio, opt for the 1Click PRO upgrade for $20 extra.

Price: $59-$79
The Buzz: “This DVD copy software has one principal drawback - you have to download a decryptor separately.” — LAPTOP Magazine
