The Grey

Liam Neeson is back to kick some butt—wolf butt. The actor plays one of several oil workers to survive a plane crash. While it may seem lucky, know that they crashed in the middle of an Alaskan wilderness surrounded by hungry four-legged foes.

The movie is a little goofy, but this Blu-ray is no joke. It has a gorgeous 2.40:1 aspect ratio and a thunderous DTS-HD Master Audio track to match. The one spot where this release is sort of lacking is with the extras; there’s just a few deleted scenes and commentary. That said, the 2-disc set has D-Box Motion Code, a standard-def DVD and an UltraViolet Digital Copy.
