Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows

Robert Downey, Jr., Jude Law and Rachel McAdams all return for this sequel to the 2009 hit. This time, Holmes and Watson take on Professor Moriarty (Jared Harris). It’s not the strictest adaptation, but it received plenty of good reviews from critics and fans alike.

This franchise is a cash cow for Warner Bros., so you can expect a blockbuster-worthy Blu-ray. It features a 2.35:1 aspect ratio and a DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 track, but very few extras. That said, Warner has opted for quality over quantity, including a Robert Downey Jr.-hosted picture-in-picture track. The 2-disc set also comes packing a standard-def DVD and an UltraViolet Digital Copy.

Rating: PG-13
Runtime: 129 minutes
Total Number of Discs: 2
Studio: Warner Bros.
