HBO’s Emmy-winning drama is back. This season finds Nucky (Steve Buscemi) and his crew with their trigger fingers on the pulse of politics. Atlantic City, though? Not so much. However, it looks like Arnold Rothstein, Lucky Luciano, Meyer Lansky and Al Capone are all waiting in the wings. Michael K. Williams, Michael Shannon, Michael Pitt, Kelly Macdonald, Paz de la Huerta, Gretchen Mol, and Dabney Coleman also star.
Five of the seven discs in this set are Blu-rays, with a 1.78:1 aspect ratio and a DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 track. The other two discs are standard-def DVDs, and there’s an UltraViolet Digital Copy. HBO is being pretty generous with other extras as well, including six audio commentaries, one video commentary, a season one recap, and featurettes about the characters and the time period.
